Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. rolls out new eluzzion HR Tools and eLearning modules

Glenmark's Czech and Slovak offices have announced their decision to adopt two great new HR-oriented modules in the eluzzion CRM suite, eLearning and eluzzion HR.
elearning, which will be rolled out in the Czech Republic, is simple yet sophisticated educational tool for the maintaining the quality of the field force and other employee groups. eLearning lets managers remotely train and test sales reps on their level of product knowledge, sales skills, and a host of other soft KPIs.
eluzzion's new HR Tools module takes human resource management a step higher, allowing Glenmark's HR department to bring a broad range of detailed information from eluzzion CRM under their own management.
Intuitive and flexible, eluzzion's HR Tools module lets HR managers customize templates according to a broad range of criteria, from driver's license numbers and automobile registration to assigned HW and SW.
HR Tools also gives HR managers direct insight into each user's historical changes (such as the replacement of cars, phones, laptops, etc.) as well as the ability to manage rights at various levels of management.
Featuring advanced reporting capabilities, HR Tools' online reports can be scaled to cover a range of personnel, from individual users to sales groups, business units or the entire company.
The system also provides superior transmission of structured information about each user's social and legal status, from up-coming birthdays to the expiration of CCS cards and date of the user's next car inspection, allowing companies to guarantee that deadlines are met.
